Version 1.0

This software and all associated files, documentation, and materials (collectively, "the Software") are the personal property of the licensed individual.

You May

OWN your copy of the Software for life
USE the Software freely for any personal purpose
MODIFY the Software for your personal use
KEEP the Software forever — it is yours
CREATE works using the Software — those creations are yours
STORE your data securely within the Software — that data is yours

You May Not

DISTRIBUTE the Software in any form
SHARE the Software with others
TRANSFER your license to another person
SELL, resell, or commercially exploit the Software
GIVE AWAY copies of the Software
UPLOAD the Software to public repositories, file sharing services, or any publicly accessible location
SUBLICENSE the Software
REVERSE ENGINEER the security mechanisms for the purpose of circumventing protection

ONE LICENSE = ONE PERSON = ONE LIFE

This license is bound to you, the original purchaser. It cannot be transferred, inherited, or reassigned. When you acquire the Software, it becomes yours — personally, exclusively, permanently.

If another person wishes to use Beels, they must acquire their own license.

Ownership

The Software, including all code, algorithms, designs, documentation, and intellectual property contained within, remains the property of Q-Tek LLC. This license grants you the right to USE the Software. It does not transfer ownership of the Software itself.

Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL Q-TEK LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This license remains in effect for the lifetime of the original licensee, unless terminated due to violation of its terms.

Any attempt to distribute, share, or transfer the Software constitutes an immediate termination of this license.

"Personal means personal."
